Dr. Ronald L Black is the founder and managing principal of Osprey Cove LLC. He has over 35 years of distinguished leadership across the Department of Defense including senior leadership at the Defense Logistics Agency, Office of Secretary of Defense and the United States Navy.

Dr. Black holds a Doctor of Management in Environmental and Social Sustainability as well as degrees and certification in National Security and Strategic Studies and Petroleum Management. He is a sought-after speaker on enterprise risk, supply chain resilience and cybersecurity governance.
